QUALITY TECHNICIAN Job Description Do you want to work for a leading European agri-food corporate group? If so, you’re in luck—currently, we are seeking a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN** for one of our companies located in Algemesí (Valencian Community). Main responsibilities include: * Quality control at all stages of the production process (slaughtering, evisceration, cutting, packaging, labeling, BPHM, etc.). * Compliance with established procedures and Dolz’s plant quality protocols. * Daily and line-based HACCP implementation. * Guiding and monitoring plant personnel to ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards. * Control of incoming meat products. * Control of packaged products in the cutting room (labeling control, packaging gases, package seal integrity, quality defects, etc.). * Effective communication with factory staff. * Reporting detected incidents or deviations to the Quality Manager. * Supporting the Quality Manager in daily tasks, customer visits, and quality audits. * Participation in HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud, and Halal teams. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher Vocational Training in Food Industries or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent. * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in quality control within the food industry. **OFFERED:** * An interesting position offering professional growth opportunities * Continuous on-the-job training * Remuneration commensurate with candidate qualifications * Full-time employment * Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday; 14:00\-22:15 / 09:00\-17:15 Quick Facts Vacancy ID: 608 Number of vacancies: 1 Department: QUALITY \- DOLZ Employment type: Full-time Publication start date: 5/5/26 Schedule: ROTATING MON\-FRI SHIFTS; 14:00\-22:15 / 09:00\-17:15 This could be the beginning of your new professional chapter!
