If you seek a stable, human-centered project with social impact, you could be the person we’re looking for! **Your Role in the Team: Talent Technician – Support Unit** This position is ideal if you come from a **psychosocial background** (Psychology, Social Integration, Social Work, Social Education, etc.) and wish to **transition into Human Resources** without abandoning your vocation for accompaniment. You will join the **Talent and Culture** department, blending Support Unit responsibilities with tasks related to **personnel selection** and talent management—becoming a **versatile profile** with strong growth potential. **What Will You Do Daily?** **Accompaniment and Support for Workers with Disabilities** * Identify personal, social, and occupational support needs. * Design and implement individualized intervention plans. * Coordinate actions with department heads and external entities. * Promote initiatives fostering autonomy, motivation, and well-being. * Conduct follow-up and evaluation of professional progress. **Functions in the Talent and Human Resources Area** * Participate in selection processes for logistics profiles (operators, forklift drivers, team leaders, administrative staff, etc.). * Collaborate in managing the employee lifecycle: onboarding, training, development, and workplace climate. * Contribute to cross-departmental projects within Talent and Culture. *If you’re curious and eager to learn about HR, here you’ll find space and support to grow.* **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology, Social Integration, Social Work, Social Education, or equivalent. * Disability certificate (33%) is desirable. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Prior experience working with people with disabilities or in socio-labor integration (desirable). * Interest in Human Resources and personnel selection. * Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. **What We Offer** * A stable, purpose-driven project with a committed team. * Salary according to collective agreement: **20\.117,44 € gross/year**. * Full-time schedule: + Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00 + Friday: 08:00–14:00 * Locations in Paterna, Riba\-roja del Turia, and warehouses in Picassent, Almussafes, and Carlet. * Free access to physiotherapy and psychological support for your well-being. * Continuous training and mentoring for your professional growth in Talent and Culture. * A close-knit, collaborative, values-based work environment. **Would you like to grow professionally while contributing to a socially impactful project?** We’d love to meet you!
