It would be a plus if you can edit podcast episodes and participate in **content filming** alongside the team. They would love to welcome a **dynamic, solution-oriented, and growth-minded individual**, eager to evolve within a young, demanding, and highly purpose-driven team. ##### **About the Role** Your mission will be to transform ideas, recordings, and concepts into attractive, agile, and effective audiovisual pieces—designed to capture attention, communicate value, and drive conversion. You will work both on editing and filming content, especially for: * Social media * Reels / TikToks / Shorts * Brand and performance advertisements * Audiovisual pieces for campaigns, product launches, and institutional communications * Podcasts in audio and/or video format ##### **What You’ll Do** * Edit **video pieces** for social media in vertical and horizontal formats. * Create dynamic **reels**, with strong pacing, visual storytelling, and focus on retention. * Adapt pieces for paid media campaigns and brand advertisements. * Edit **podcast episodes** in audio and/or video. * Prepare **cuts, clips, and highlights** from podcasts for distribution across social platforms. * **Film content** alongside the team for social media, campaigns, testimonials, interviews, and other audiovisual pieces. * Support during **filming sessions**, ensuring basic framing, audio, lighting, and execution quality. * Incorporate **graphics, subtitles, basic motion, music, effects, and visual assets** to elevate content quality. * Edit interviews, testimonials, educational capsules, and promotional pieces. * Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate ideas into concrete executions. * **Propose creative improvements** in editing, formats, pacing, filming, and visual style. * Maintain aesthetic consistency and alignment with the **brand identity**. ##### **Who We’re Looking For** We seek a **junior-level** candidate with initial experience in **video editing and content creation**, highly motivated to learn, evolve, and grow within a dynamic team. We especially value candidates who combine creative sensitivity with proactive attitude—and who wish to develop professionally in the field of digital and audiovisual content.
