You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and optimization of systems, applying your expertise to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with technical and safety standards. Additionally, you will actively contribute to continuous process improvement, providing technical support to the team and participating in increasingly complex projects. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Install, assemble, and connect HVAC equipment in industrial and/or tertiary projects. * Lead or execute the commissioning of climate control systems, ensuring their proper operation. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, performing corrective and preventive maintenance. * Independently interpret drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, clients). * Propose technical improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency. * Support the training of junior profiles within the team. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC installations (assembly, commissioning, and maintenance). * Technical education: Industrial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electricity, Electronics, or related field. * Fluorinated Gas Handling Certificate (mandatory). * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training is desirable. * Ability to work autonomously on-site. * Technical English proficiency is desirable. * Availability for travel within the assigned region. * Proactive, results-oriented profile with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability. **What Do We Offer?** Johnson Controls offers an attractive compensation package aligned with your qualifications and experience.
