Gerocultor / Nursing Assistant

Description

We are seeking staff to fill a gerocultor or nursing assistant position in La Pobla de Vallbona. The working schedule will be 40 or 20 hours per week, with a fixed afternoon shift. The contract offered is temporary. The main responsibility is to attend to residents' basic needs. This includes assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, shaving, and maintaining dental hygiene. Tasks are adapted to each individual's capabilities; for example, some residents require full assistance during showers, while others only need minimal support to maintain balance. Assistance is also provided during meals for residents with mobility issues or swallowing difficulties.
