We provide services including Technical Control (OCT), Technical Diagnostic Audits, Energy Efficiency Projects, Quality Control in Building Construction, Verification and Testing (VYP), among others. We are seeking a **Technical Delegate for Building Construction** in **Valencia**, to drive the growth of our expanding delegation. We seek a candidate with proven experience in construction works and operational leadership, capable of managing teams, developing business, and representing the values of excellence and rigor that define us. ### **Your Key Responsibilities** **1\. Lead the delegation’s operational management** You will coordinate the technical and financial activities of the business unit, ensuring proper project execution and achievement of profitability, quality, and timeline objectives. **2\. Develop business and consolidate commercial relationships** You will identify growth opportunities within the building sector, driving customer acquisition and retention through proactive commercial management and collaboration with OCA Global’s various service lines. **3\. Manage and develop technical teams** You will grow the team in Valencia and Alicante, leading and guiding personnel while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Your leadership will be critical in aligning people with the company’s strategic goals. **4\. Monitor results and report to Operations Management** You will analyze productivity, margin, and efficiency indicators, ensuring full project traceability and goal attainment, supported by fluid and transparent communication with management. **5\.
