We restore control over energy consumption to households — in France and across Europe. **Job Description** -------------------------- **Working directly with the Country Launcher and the Data & Business Analysts team in France, you will support the growth of our first international office.** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Supported by the Data & Business Analysts team in Paris, you will work closely with Hello Watt’s various Spanish teams — from Marketing to Operations — helping them make data-driven decisions by transforming business data into strategic levers. Your role will be essential to our international expansion and will provide you with comprehensive, empowering professional experience within a stimulating and supportive environment. After a three-month integration and training period in Paris, you will relocate to our Valencia office for nine months! You will undertake diverse missions: * Data Collection: In collaboration with Product & Dev teams, monitor, develop, and improve tracking on our website and consumption-tracking app for users residing in Spain. * Dashboards & Reporting: Set up and automate performance-monitoring reports primarily for Product, Operations, and Marketing teams. * Performance Analysis & Study: Identify optimization opportunities across the business — from user acquisition on the website and app to conversion into customers. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data or Business Analyst. * Spanish & English at B2 level or higher. * Non-Spanish nationality (Business France requirement). * Excellent analytical skills and rigor in deliverables and communication. * Advanced Excel proficiency; Python & SQL skills required. * Experience with one or more data visualization tools preferred (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Metabase). * Curiosity and interest in business topics: The statistical studies you conduct will directly support our business development! * Adaptability and interpersonal ease: You will collaborate daily with colleagues from different teams. * Proactivity & organizational skills: After three months of onboarding in Paris, you will work autonomously in Valencia. * Enthusiasm for joining a company driving the energy transition and committed to sustainable development! **Our Values:** + **Impact more**: We support households in the energy transition and leverage technology to help them master their energy consumption.
