You will play a key role supporting process optimization, internal operations, strategic data analysis, and project management—directly contributing to Hello Watt’s growth and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Support internal process optimization and documentation. * Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects aimed at operational improvement and efficiency. * Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Collaborate in developing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and operational metrics. * Contribute to managing relationships with strategic partners. **Requirements** -------------- **Essential Requirements** * Final-year Master’s student eligible to sign a **traineeship agreement**. * **Academic background in**: Engineering, Project Management, Processes and Operations, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Residency in **Valencia**. * **Languages:** Native Spanish and intermediate or advanced English (B2/C1/C2). * **Experience:** Prior experience of at least 6 months is preferred. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Ability to analyze various operational, commercial, and business data. * Advanced proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is desirable. * Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools is desirable. * Understanding of business management, strategy, and profitability concepts. * Ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of project planning and control. **Soft Skills** * Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude toward challenges. * Fast learning ability and adaptability to dynamic environments. * Teamwork and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Organizational and time-management skills to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. * Autonomy and sense of responsibility. **Selection Process** ------------------------ * Interview with HR Manager * Practical case assignment * Technical interview with SEO Project Manager and Country Launcher **Additional Information** ------------------------- * Contract type: **Traineeship** (3–6 months) * Location: **Valencia** * **Occasional remote work authorized**
