Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator to supervise and control the production line, ensuring efficiency and continuity in an industrial environment in Vall d'Uixó. Key Highlights: 1. We require a production operator to join our industrial operations in Vall d'Uixó. The primary role will be to supervise and control the production line, ensuring that everything operates efficiently and continuously. The selected candidate must pay close attention to detail and be capable of following clear instructions to prevent interruptions in the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include monitoring machinery, ensuring materials are available for the production line, and verifying that all equipment functions as expected. Prior experience working as an operator in factories or in the chemical sector will be highly valued. Although completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) is requested, it is not a strict requirement if the candidate has relevant production experience. Proficiency in operating equipment and manufacturing processes is a significant advantage. This is an active position offering rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, following a schedule of 3 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, and 2 night shifts. There is also an option for a central shift from 08:30 to 17:30. This shift pattern supports work-life balance.
