Job Summary: We are seeking staff to assist persons with reduced mobility at a transport station, supporting them with accompaniment and luggage handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance and accompaniment for persons with reduced mobility 2. Assistance with luggage transfer and placement 3. Customer orientation and proactivity We seek personnel to attend to and assist persons with reduced mobility or functional diversity at a transport station. Main duties include accompanying users from the meeting point to their assigned seat, and vice versa, as well as assisting with luggage transfer and placement in designated compartments. A compulsory requirement is completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent, ability to handle loads up to 25 kg, and prior customer service or reception experience is valued. Candidates must be solution-oriented, proactive, and autonomous, with clear customer orientation and availability from Monday to Sunday (with rest periods established by law). A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% or a permanent incapacity resolution is required. Working hours are part-time and the contract is temporary.
