AI Development Assistant (Mandatory Internship Agreement Required)

What are we looking for? We are seeking a person passionate about Artificial Intelligence who wants to build their career in an environment where AI is part of everyday work. We will especially value knowledge or experience with: * ChatGPT and custom GPTs. * Claude and Claude Code. * Prompt Engineering. * AI model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. (Training will be provided if you lack this knowledge.) * AI agent development. (Training will be provided if you lack this knowledge.) * Integrating Artificial Intelligence tools into real-world projects. It is not mandatory to master all these technologies, but you must have advanced experience using ChatGPT and Claude, plus strong motivation to keep learning. What will you do? During the first three months, you will join an intensive training and mentoring program, working directly with the agency’s Head of Artificial Intelligence. You will participate in real-world projects from day one and learn how to: * Design and implement Artificial Intelligence agents. * Develop solutions using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI models. * Build internal tools to improve the agency’s productivity. * Develop applications based on Cloudflare Workers. * Integrate AI APIs into client projects. * Research emerging technologies and turn them into practical business solutions. Career progression within this role We are not looking for someone to perform repetitive tasks. Our goal is to train a high-potential individual who, during the initial three-month internship period, progressively assumes responsibility for Artificial Intelligence projects within the agency. If both parties are a good fit, the internship will convert into a permanent position leading AI solution development and coordinating strategic projects for national and international clients. Ideal profile * University or vocational training student eligible to sign an internship agreement. * Experience regularly using ChatGPT and other AI tools. * Interest in Claude, Cloudflare Workers, and AI agent development. * Ability to learn quickly. * Analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Organized, autonomous, and proactive individual. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. Location We prefer candidates residing in Asturias to facilitate in-person meetings when necessary. However, we will also consider applicants from anywhere in Spain, as this position can be performed primarily remotely.
