Administrative officer (m/f/d) for customer service, invoicing, and accounting FCC Group's water division requires an administrative officer (m/f/d) for its water offices in the municipality of Cadaqués (Girona). In coordination with the contract manager, your main responsibilities will include: • Customer service • Service accounting • Supplier purchase orders and invoices • Service invoicing • Warehouse stock control • Debt management • Customer management * Experience: 1 month. Experience in similar positions will be valued. * French (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Accredited training in accounting and customer service is required. \- Essential specific knowledge: Accounting and IT \- Desirable specific knowledge: French language proficiency * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time working hours * Additional relevant information: Temporary replacement contract covering a maternity leave. Start date: immediate. Full-time schedule from 8:00 to 15:00, plus one afternoon per week. Annual gross salary: according to collective agreement. Continuous training plan.
