Viladrau, Osona Central Indefinite 10/07/2026 Job Description A pioneering company in the production of plant-based beverages with market-leading brands is seeking to hire a Senior Programming Engineer for its Engineering Department at its Viladrau site. What will be your main mission? Design and Engineering: Prepare electrical installation schematics, calculations, and technical documentation for distribution panels according to project requirements and current regulations. Execution Supervision: Coordinate and supervise installation contractors and internal teams, ensuring technical quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. Maintenance and Diagnostics: Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, diagnose equipment failures, and propose efficient solutions. Testing and Commissioning: Conduct acceptance tests, verifications, and adjustments on electrical equipment and control systems; document results and incidents. Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Apply electricity regulations and occupational safety protocols; ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote best practices within the work area. Continuous Improvement and Technical Support: Propose initiatives to optimize processes and energy efficiency; provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments. Record Keeping and Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, intervention reports, and maintenance logs with attention to detail and traceability. Requirements * Qualification: Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Preferred qualifications: \- Training in automation, robotics, and continuous improvement + Advanced level of English * Mandatory: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Minimum education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Electrical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electrotechnology, or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in installation projects, industrial maintenance, or control engineering will be valued. Knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards (low/medium voltage, protection systems, PLCs, control systems). Ability to prepare technical documentation and proficiency with office and calculation tools.
