You will collaborate on a project to lead and consolidate a comprehensive monitoring and observability service based on Dynatrace, Kibana, and other APM tools. This includes designing and evolving the monitoring architecture, implementing and maintaining agents, dashboards, and alerting systems, as well as performing advanced performance analysis and incident resolution. You will be part of a team responsible for continuous support, service optimization, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include... * Monitoring Team Leadership * Coordinate the technical team, assign tasks, and ensure service quality. * Act as the technical and operational escalation point. * Maintain consistent presence in meetings and service follow-ups to prevent organizational gaps identified in other teams. * Monitoring Architecture Design and Evolution * Define and maintain the full observability architecture: agents, pipelines, dashboards, alerts, ITSM integrations. * Model management zones, tagging, logical groups, dashboards, and alert configuration. * Supervise implementations of the "essential model" and Premium models of Dynatrace. * Platform Implementation and Maintenance * Install and configure Dynatrace agents; validate in PRE and PRO environments; review consumption and behavior. * Define, maintain, and optimize the alerting and notification system. * Monitor dashboards (Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana) and KPIs. * Advanced Operations and Support * Problem analysis, log review, tracing, and performance evaluation. * Track critical incidents and recurring issues. * Provide technical validation of deployments and support development teams / application owners. * Service Management * Ongoing liaison with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. * Prepare technical reports — monthly or ad\-hoc. * Propose optimizations, license cost reductions, and continuous improvements. Requirements What do we need? * Proven experience with Dynatrace (implementation, configuration, and advanced usage). * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in system administration (Linux and/or Windows). * Solid knowledge of APM monitoring and observability. * Diagnosis and resolution of performance incidents. * Experience with microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift). * Basic networking knowledge (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS). * Familiarity with scripting (Python or Bash). * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. * Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams. * Experience designing monitoring architectures (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards). * Familiarity with ITIL/SRE and incident management in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, JIRA). Additionally, the following would be highly valued: * Official certifications (Dynatrace or other APM tools). * ITIL/PMP certifications. * Experience in CI/CD automation and integration. * Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Advanced observability knowledge (Grafana, ELK/Kibana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
