Position Summary: We are seeking an educator to accompany young mothers, promoting their autonomy, parenting and socio-educational skills, and involving their partners in the process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompaniment for young mothers in their individualized plans 2. Promotion of autonomy and parenting skills 3. Group and individual socio-educational support This position is for an educator within an accompaniment program targeted at young mothers. The main responsibilities include promoting the program and supporting participants in implementing their individualized plans, fostering personal autonomy and enhancing their ability to care for and meet the physical and emotional needs of their children. Parenting skills will be valued and strengthened through both group and individual socio-educational support, preparing young mothers for independent living in their new context. Social skills, coexistence, self-control, emotional management, and decision-making will also be addressed, with inclusion of the partner where applicable. Additionally, coordination will be carried out with the users’ key reference and support figures, ensuring their involvement throughout the process. Working hours involve rotating night shifts on weekdays, daytime and night shifts on weekends, along with legally mandated rest periods. The contract is full-time and temporary. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Higher Diploma in Social Integration. * Driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
