The position focuses on the daily operations of a packaging production plant. The candidate will be responsible for a specific machine, such as those used for caps or aluminum sheets. Tasks include thorough monitoring of consumed product, waste rejected due to failure to meet quality standards, and surplus material, with all this information recorded on the machine's computer so that the next shift is fully aware of the exact production status. In addition to monitoring, minor blockages or other small operational incidents must be resolved promptly. Responsibility in handling delicate materials—ensuring their integrity—is required. The work environment maintains a steady pace and a team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration is essential. The contract is temporary, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, requiring schedule flexibility. No specific prior qualification is required; however, complementary knowledge that facilitates adaptation to the technical responsibilities of the role is valued. Basic user-level computer skills. Training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related fields is considered an advantage. Availability to rotate across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
