The purpose of this position is to perform preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance on air conditioning systems, low-voltage electrical installations, and general building installations. What are we looking for in you? * Official qualification as a Refrigeration Technician (Vocational Training Intermediate/Senior Level in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Technician, or equivalent). * Valid RITE certificate and fluorinated gas handling certification for any charge size. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance. * Solid knowledge of current regulations (RITE, REBT, etc.). * Proficiency in using measurement equipment and electrical diagnostic tools. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints. * Availability to perform on-call duties or interventions during scheduled shutdowns. * Valid driver’s license. Your main responsibilities will include: * Performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on air conditioning systems (VRV, compact units, air handling units, heat recovery units, etc.) and domestic hot water systems. * Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems. * Diagnosing electrical faults, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective solutions. * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities across other trades: plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, civil works, etc. * Supervising and performing minor general repairs on building installations. * Responding to corrective maintenance alerts initially, assessing the nature of the incident, and resolving it directly or escalating it to the specialist technician. * Ensuring compliance with technical standards, manufacturer specifications, and current safety regulations. * Participating in testing, inspections, and commissioning of electrical installations. * Collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to coordinate electrical interventions. * Accurately documenting all interventions, inspections, and maintenance tasks. * Supporting technical shutdowns, system expansions, and modifications of installations. * Fully complying with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental requirements (PRL/HSE). * What do we offer you? * Opportunity to join a stable and high-impact project. * A dynamic, inclusive work environment focused on professional development. * Access to language training and an e-learning training platform. ***CBRE GWS is committed to equality and non-discrimination; therefore, in alignment with this commitment, it expects that, within the scope of these relationships, such commitment be respected and that any behavior, expression, reference, or decision potentially undermining the intended equality be avoided.***
