Your main responsibilities will be: * **Supervise** the **construction** of our renewable projects closely, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and the highest quality standards. * Lead and motivate **project teams**, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Manage communication with all stakeholders: clients, suppliers, technical teams, and other departments. * Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution and success of each project. * Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices. * Actively participate in project planning and monitoring.
