Job details **Work Mode:** On\-site **Location:** Bilbao **Contract Type:** Full\-time **Start Date:** February 2026 **Responsibilities:** * Solve simple shots within the production, related to acting and body mechanics. * Ensure animation consistency, expressiveness, and adherence to artistic and technical guidelines. * Collaborate closely with rigging, layout, FX, and QC teams to enhance animation integration into production. * Review and refine animations based on feedback from directors and supervisors, ensuring high\-quality final outputs. * Ensure proper export, technical implementation, and functionality of animations within the production pipeline. **Requirements:** * Medium\-level knowledge regarding body mechanic. * Basic knowledge of acting and intepreting. * Understanding of the different animation styles. * Knows and understand the 12 basic principles of animation. * Knows how to interpret a storyboard. * Knows the Maya software and the native animation tools. * Basic spoken and written English skills. * Knows and understand the animation pipeline. * Knows the animation department's workflow. * General knowledge of the processes required for the making of a movie. * Knows the protocol for tickets in order to solve issues. **SotfSkills:** * Knows the values that the company is based on. * Knows the protocols and jerarchy of the department. * Knows how the animation and quality check departments work (Competences) * Mentality of growth and progress. * Positive attitude when facing difficulties. * Disposition and ability to respond. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to work on renowned animation projects. * A creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and technical development. * Flexible working hours (Intensive schedule: 07:30 AM \- 3:00 PM).
