REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Roads, or similar). * \+7 years of experience in **construction planning for industrial projects**. * Experience in the **Oil \& Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical sectors**. * Mandatory **on-site (site\-based) experience**. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6** (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel)**. * Experience in planning based on **work quantities and productivity**. * Knowledge of project control methodologies (EVM, KPIs, critical path).
