What is the expected outcome?**At ITP Aero, we are looking to hire Non-Destructive Testing Operators (X-Ray). **What profile are we seeking?*** Education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent. * Required experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production roles involving NDT-X-Ray. Documented experience in this field is required to accelerate onboarding training at ITP. * Required knowledge: \- Prior experience in a similar role \- Nuclear Operator License. \- Level 2 Certification in Industrial Radiography. * Languages: Intermediate English * Soft Skills: \- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments \- Ability to optimize processes in production environments. \- Customer orientation. **What training will you receive to perform this job?**You will work alongside a strategic, multidisciplinary team and receive training in: \- Performing preparation operations for parts prior to entering the X-Ray Bunker. \- Operating the X-Ray Bunker Robot. \- Manual support operations for sheet metal fabrication. \- Performing cleaning operations and cross-functional tasks in other areas (verifications, insert assemblies, visual inspections). \- All these tasks performed to established quality and cost standards. **This project is of interest to you if…**\- You are motivated to work in the Production area of a leading, continuously growing company in the aerospace sector.
