The candidate will play a key role in liaising with public and private entities, ensuring regulatory and documentary compliance for each project. **Responsibilities** * Full management of **public and private tenders**: identification, analysis of tender documents, preparation of technical and administrative documentation, submission, and follow-up. * Processing of **electrical and HVAC legalizations** before official bodies (e.g., industry authorities, municipal councils, distribution companies, or others). * Development and updating of **Safety and Health Plans (SHP)** for construction works and projects. * Coordination with technical and site departments to gather required documentation. * Monitoring of deadlines and legal requirements associated with each contract or project. * Maintaining up-to-date files and records in accordance with internal standards and current legislation. * General administrative support to the Projects Department as needed. **Requirements** * Qualification in **Administration**, **Electrical Installation Engineering**, **Engineering**, **Occupational Risk Prevention**, or related fields (desirable). * Prior experience in **tendering processes** and/or the **electrical sector** (positively valued). * Knowledge of **electrical regulations and legalizations**. * Proficiency with tendering platforms (e.g., PLACSP, regional tendering portals, etc.). * Technical writing and document management skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PDF, Business Central, etc.). **We Offer** * Joining an established company in the electrical sector. * Salary commensurate with experience and merit. * Job stability and opportunities for internal growth. * A positive work environment and collaboration with a professional technical team. * Continuous training on regulations and safety.
