**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Technical Site Supervisor \- Construction Project in Almería. **Workplace** -------------------- * Almería Address: CALLE ACEBO S/N BAJO At the Almería Management Office, this position will involve office-based duties; fieldwork will be carried out at various construction sites across the province of Almería. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities in accordance with the Site Manager’s instructions, ensuring work quality and performance. * Assist in planning operations, preparing budgets, and setting out works. * Organize and coordinate work teams, providing specific task instructions to operatives. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as material and supply reception at the construction site or warehouse, following the Site Manager’s instructions. * Take responsibility for machinery assigned to the project, confirming its receipt and reporting incidents (breakdowns, supplies, maintenance). * Supervise construction execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the project’s safety plan, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environmental protection. * Draft and sign off on corresponding work reports and immediately report any accidents or anomalies occurring on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either by passing assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) qualification in Agricultural, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance disciplines (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 1 year performing duties as Site Supervisor or similar role in public-sector companies. (Attach employment record) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. (Attach) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training of at least 60 hours in Occupational Health and Safety or Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL). (Attach training certificate) ### **Prior Experience** * Between 2 and 5 years performing duties as Site Supervisor or similar role in sector companies. (Attach employment record) **Observations** ----------------- * + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, linked to the execution of the assignment described in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
