We are currently seeking a Loader Machine Operator profile for our Almería Delegation. **Job Mission:** Operate the loader to move, load, and unload materials, ensuring efficiency and safety in plant operations, complying with the company's quality standards and safety regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Operate the loader to load and unload materials according to production needs. * Efficiently supply hoppers and storage areas. * Perform daily machinery inspections and report potential failures or maintenance requirements. * Comply with safety and environmental regulations in all operations. * Keep the machinery clean and in good condition. * Coordinate with the production team to optimize material flow. * Follow established work procedures to ensure operational quality and efficiency. ! **Requirements:** * Training in heavy machinery operation, preferably with official certification. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders in industrial or construction environments. * Knowledge of basic heavy machinery maintenance. * Valid heavy machinery operator license. * Knowledge of safety regulations and occupational risk prevention. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence in Almería or willingness to relocate. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Attention to detail. * Adaptability and learning capacity. **Working Conditions:** * Full-time with rotating shifts. * Indefinite contract. * Competitive compensation package and additional benefits we are eager to tell you about. * Opportunities for professional development within the company.
