**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation work, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Supervisor - Construction Site in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería Address: CALLE ACEBO S/N BAJO Office work will be conducted at the Almería Management Office; fieldwork will take place at various construction sites across the province of Almería. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities according to the site manager's instructions, ensuring work quality and efficiency. * Assist in planning operations, preparing budgets, and conducting site surveys. * Organize and coordinate personnel, providing specific task instructions to operators. * Schedule and verify activities carried out by subcontractors and their teams, as well as oversee the receipt of materials and supplies at the construction site or warehouse, following the site manager’s instructions. * Take responsibility for machinery assigned to the project, confirming its receipt and reporting any incidents (breakdowns, supplies, and maintenance). * Supervise construction progress through measurements, performance calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the site’s safety plan, as well as existing quality and environmental specifications. * Prepare and review corresponding work reports, immediately reporting any accidents or anomalies that occur. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting these requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the “Attachments” section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship attachments verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Advanced Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in agricultural specialization, building and civil engineering, electricity and electronics, or installation and maintenance. (Qualification must be recognized in Spain or accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). (Attach proof of qualification) ### **Previous Experience** * At least 1 year performing duties as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in companies within the sector. (If experienced, must provide proof via Work History Report and/or job function certificate, and include it in the CV.) ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Class B driver's license. (Attach copy) **Additional Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented training of at least 60 hours in Occupational Health and Safety or PRL. (This training must be supported by documentation submitted with the application and reflected in the CV.) ### **Previous Experience** * From 2 to 5 years of experience performing duties as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in companies within the sector. (If experienced, must provide proof via Work History Report and/or job function certificate, and include it in the CV.) **Observations** ----------------- * + A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum of 12 months total, if applicable. * + Full-time position.
