Blanes Sport @ Shoes is seeking to hire a **Store Coordinator**. The purpose of this position is to manage, coordinate, and supervise assigned stores within the retail sector, ensuring achievement of sales targets, service quality, and staff development. Key responsibilities include: \- Supervise daily store operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies. \- Manage achievement of sales targets. \- Implement commercial strategies. \- Address customer issues and resolve conflicts. \- Lead, motivate, and train store teams. \- Participate in recruitment and training processes. \- Monitor proper execution of visual merchandising. Requirements: \- Education: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Commercial Activities or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Sales and Commercial Space Management. University studies in Business Administration are desirable. \- Minimum three to five years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. \- Technical knowledge: Team management, sales, customer service, merchandising, and computer tools (Excel, point-of-sale software). \- Personal skills: Leadership, results orientation, organization, effective communication, decision-making, and analytical ability. \- Flexible working hours \- Immediate availability \- Valid driver's license Employment type: Full-time Application questions: * Place of residence?
