HR Technician (Payroll Specialist)

Do you have experience in a Human Resources department? This could be your opportunity! **What would your responsibilities be?** ------------------------------------- * Implementation and management of a payroll system within Sakata Seed Iberica: contracts, data updates, employee onboarding and offboarding, payment processing, tax preparation and filing... * Payroll recordkeeping and documentation, as well as performing reconciliations, audits, and adjustments when necessary. * Oversight of all personnel movements: hires, terminations, leaves, workplace accidents... * Management and monitoring of subsidized training programs, as well as support in other HR tasks such as recruitment or employee development and follow-up. * Maintain constant awareness of the latest payroll laws, regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance. **Where would you work?** -------------------------- You will be based in **Puebla de Vícar (Almería)**, as part of our research station alongside teams such as Breeding, Pathology, and Operations. **Do you fit this profile?** ---------------------------------- * Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar—highly valued, but actual experience of at least 5 years in the described role is even more important. * B2 level spoken and written English, as you will interact with European staff. * A conciliatory and proactive attitude that helps maintain a positive work environment. * High level of commitment and autonomy. * Experience working in an environment with deadlines and time constraints. **Want to know more about the company?** ---------------------------------------- You will become part of the **Sakata Iberica** team, part of the **Sakata EMEA Group**.
