Job Summary:
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to design, coordinate, and optimize maintenance plans, applying advanced techniques and data analysis to improve asset efficiency.
Key Highlights:
1. Design and improvement of maintenance plans using RCM methodology
2. Analysis of large equipment and application of Six Sigma techniques
3. Participation in asset lifecycle management and RCA
### **Responsibilities:**
* Design surface facility maintenance plans using RCM methodology, evaluating and improving existing plans.
* Coordinate execution of the maintenance plan (inspections, lubrication, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance) with planning and execution teams.
* Continuously review and update maintenance plans to ensure their effectiveness.
* Evaluate equipment condition status to anticipate failures and schedule maintenance interventions.
* Analyze the operation of large equipment using continuous monitoring systems.
* Apply Six Sigma (6σ) techniques to determine failure probabilities, model reliability, and manage failures (Weibull analysis, fault trees, statistical process control, etc.).
* Participate in asset management throughout the entire lifecycle, maintaining updated histories and databases.
* Collaborate with Production to conduct asset performance analysis (availability, utilization, OEE, remaining useful life, reliability, and costs).
* Conduct and evaluate tests and analyses on the condition and operational status of static and dynamic equipment.
* Participate in RCA analyses and FMEA studies to identify root causes of failures and propose corrective actions.
* Implement and monitor reliability indicators and KPIs for the maintenance plan.
* Identify and implement new technologies that enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
### **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial (Mechanical/Electrical track), Chemical, or Energy Engineering.
