Coordination of teams and suppliers At Hotel Alicante Golf, we seek to hire a Maintenance Manager to lead the establishment's technical area. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the perfect condition of facilities, contributing to delivering a high-quality experience to our guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organization, supervision, and coordination of the maintenance team. * Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitoring and control of facilities: HVAC, electricity, plumbing, swimming pools, fire protection systems (PCI), etc. * Management of incidents and breakdowns, ensuring rapid resolution. * Coordination with external suppliers and technical service companies. * Control of departmental costs, budgets, and procurement. * Supervision of compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector. * Technical knowledge in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance. * Experience managing teams. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and organized individual. * Technical training (Vocational Training, Engineering, or equivalent) is desirable. **Offered:** * Integration into an established hotel in Alicante. * Job stability. * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Positive work environment and professional team. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
