Summary: We are looking for a Selection Technician to acquire talent, manage selection processes, and drive proactive candidate sourcing to meet hiring needs. Highlights: 1. Actively collaborate in the team’s internal dynamics SELECTION TECHNICIAN We are seeking a Selection Technician to carry out talent acquisition activities for assigned processes—including job posting and conducting interviews—with the aim of responding swiftly to hiring needs. **What will you do?** * Manage the various stages of the selection process—including CV pre-screening, telephone interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews—ensuring efficient organization aligned with the selection team’s needs. * Drive proactive talent sourcing (headhunting), using available channels to identify and contact candidates, anticipating the organization’s future needs. * Communicate process progress to candidates and internal clients, ensuring a positive and transparent experience throughout the entire selection process. * Participate in various initiatives related to the employer branding project: attending job fairs, Talent Days, presenting the company at training centers, universities, etc. * Record and update candidate information in the database, guaranteeing data quality and availability. * Coordinate onboarding of new colleagues to support their integration and adaptation to the work environment. * Address and respond to internal queries, providing advice, resolving incidents, and supporting operational areas to ensure close and efficient service delivery. * Actively collaborate in the team’s internal dynamics, assuming assigned tasks and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives, with the goal of contributing to the development of the department and the Group. **What do we offer?** * Join a sector-leading company with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing expansion. * Be part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team within an inspiring work environment offering responsible autonomy. * Indefinite-term contract with immediate start. * Full-time working hours with flexible schedule and access to company benefits: private medical insurance, store discounts, restaurant discounts, etc. * Hybrid work model with office attendance options at either Olèrdola or the Prat de Llobregat Logistics Park. **What do our employees say about working at Ametller Origen?** “You’ll work with an engaged team you can rely on daily.
