Maxwell Atlantic, a company specializing in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing and part of Televés Corporación, is seeking to hire two **Sales Project Managers** to strengthen our Engineering and Sales team. This position will play a key role in the company’s technological evolution toward high-reliability markets such as **aerospace, defense, and security**. In the initial stage, the main mission will be managing and coordinating PCB manufacturing projects and orders, acting as the liaison between the customer and Engineering, Procurement, and Production departments to ensure fulfillment of commitments, risk mitigation, and an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a professional with experience in **industrial project management**, particularly in highly complex environments, and with a solid technical background, capable of managing communication with national and international customers. Experience in PCB, PCBA, or advanced electronics design and manufacturing, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment will be highly valued. We offer the opportunity to join a strategic advanced electronics initiative, participating in technology development for leading clients in highly demanding sectors. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the organization throughout the entire order or project lifecycle. * Coordinate communication between customers and Technical Office, Procurement, Production, and Quality departments, ensuring agile responses and an excellent customer experience. * Conduct preliminary assessments of technical, industrial, and strategic feasibility of projects. * Prepare risk analysis (AMFE 9100\). * Analyze regulatory, legal, and security requirements (e.g., information restrictions such as HSES/HSEM, export restrictions such as REOCE, etc.). * Estimate production capacity, resource utilization, and industrial costs. * Coordinate CAD\-CAM activities and track project progress. * Coordinate the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase and oversee overall in-plant manufacturing execution. * Coordinate procurement and reservation of raw materials required to meet delivery deadlines. * Manage technical and commercial communication with the customer, reporting on progress, milestones, deviations, and incidents, ensuring effective two-way communication among customer, engineering, and factory. * Coordinate product and associated documentation delivery, as well as project or order closure—including lessons learned collection and economic performance analysis. * Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports. * Progressively contribute to preparation of technical\-commercial proposals, customer development, and generation of new business opportunities. **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial), Physics, or related scientific\-technical disciplines, with strong specialization in electronics and radiofrequency (RF). * Experience in project management within critical environments (preferably PCB/PCBA design). * Experience in direct customer interaction, managing technical communication and project follow-up in B2B settings. * Advanced level of English (C1 or equivalent), both spoken and written, for international customer and project management. * Knowledge of and/or experience with standards frameworks such as ISO9100, PECAL, and HSES/HSEM will be highly valued. **Key Competencies:** * Proactive profile, with a practical approach and action orientation in a production environment. * Technical and methodological rigor in work execution and documentation. * Adaptability and resilience in dynamic and transforming environments. * Ability to engage in technical dialogue and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
