The selected candidate will perform plant operations safely and efficiently, following established procedures. Responsibilities include product transformation, handling, and quality control, ensuring quality, order, and continuity throughout the process. Daily tasks include loading and unloading, material placement, sack pressing, labeling, and general cleaning. **Working hours are organized into three rotating shifts:** morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, and night shift from 22:00 to 06:00\. Full-time position. The initial contract is for three months, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance and team needs. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Not required.
