Join our team and discover how, together, we can contribute today to the mining industry of the future. **Wet Area Shift Supervisor \- On-site 7x7 Day/Night Shift \- Zaldívar Mining Company**We are seeking a professional to supervise the operational execution of the plant in the LIX, SX, EW, and RO processes, in accordance with the company’s technical specifications, policies, and procedures, while complying with established health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Key Challenges:*** Plan, control, and execute operational processes according to the production plan. * Submit start-up and shutdown operation reports as per the plant area procedure. * Lead work teams in the Osmosis, Leaching, SX\-EW, and service areas involving acid and other reagents. * Prepare end-of-shift operational reports, including relevant updates. * Ensure proper discharge/extraction and distribution of water and reagents to respective areas. * Determine resources required for the operational program based on the type of operation and equipment to be operated. * Comply with standards, procedures, plans, and programs related to health, safety, environment, quality, and social responsibility. * Propose improvement options in assigned areas to contribute to business profitability. * Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operational requirements. * Ensure proper administration and handover of plant areas. * Execute reporting in SAP system. Execute geotechnical recommendations to the area. * **Application Requirements:*** Degree in Metallurgical Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in hydrometallurgical plants for oxide and sulfide ores. * Proven prior experience in LX, SX, and EW. * Prior experience leading work teams and knowledge of preventive tools in mining. * Proficiency in PI System and SAP platforms. * Class B Driver’s License. * Health condition compatible with the position.
