




Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist with experience in systemic family therapy and work with children/adolescents to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop life projects for minors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individualized psychological intervention for minors. 2. Collaboration in the assessment of the family unit. 3. Development of life projects for children and adolescents. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Psychology. In addition, postgraduate training and/or expertise in systemic family therapy, and in childhood and adolescence. At least one year of professional experience working with minors and/or in family intervention. Possession of the Certificate of Absence of Sexual Criminal Records. Enthusiastic. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Among others, the following duties will be carried out: * Conduct, jointly with the educator or social worker, the assessment of the minor’s family unit. * Explore, diagnose, and assess personality-related aspects of minors. * Gather psychological information about the child or adolescent (NNA) held by competent entities and administer appropriate psychological tests to obtain a diagnosis enabling identification of the NNA’s psychological profile, which serves as the basis for developing an initial life project for each NNA. * Establish intervention guidelines to be applied to each NNA by the residential care staff, to be considered during the development of the Individualized Plan for the Protection of Minors (POPI). * Communicate the diagnosis, life project, and intervention guidelines to the technical professional responsible for each NNA’s case file, to ensure timely coordination. * Provide individualized psychological support to minors. * Provide the educational team with guidance and intervention strategies for supporting each NNA. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Indefinite-term contract **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- Full-time schedule. **Minimum Educational Qualification:** --------------------- * Psychology **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to applicable collective agreement.
