We are seeking a CNC lathe operator with experience. Main responsibilities will include loading and unloading material onto the lathe, both before and after the machining process. You will be responsible for roughing and finishing parts, ensuring the final product matches the engineering drawing through rigorous quality control. You will also be expected to perform basic lathe maintenance to ensure proper operation. Initial employment will be through a temporary staffing agency, with a real possibility of being hired permanently. Salary conditions will comply with the applicable collective agreement, and the start date is immediate. Minimum two years’ experience in machining work. Required skills include ability to read mechanical drawings, knowledge of mechanical maintenance, dexterity, etc. Flexible working hours will be valued.
