The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from wind and solar to waste\-to\-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia. With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join our Barcelona office. **PROFILE** * Effective communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills * Strong problem\-solving abilities * Ability to take direction and work collaboratively * High attention to detail * Focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality, with a high degree of integrity and reliability * Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, with flexibility regarding assignments * Strong organisational and planning skills * Self\-motivated and reliable **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field * Proven experience in solar PV system design, preferably in commercial or utility\-scale projects * Proficiency in industry\-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or Helioscope * Strong technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems and electrical design principles * Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, such as NEC and IEEE * Experience with grid connection processes, single\-line diagrams, or LV/MV design is an advantage * Experience with electrical simulation tools (e.g. ETAP or DIgSILENT) is a plus * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills * Strong communication and teamwork capabilities * Experience within the renewable energy sector is highly valued * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities * Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish, French, and Portuguese is a plus) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design solar PV systems based on project requirements and site conditions * Conduct site visits to assess installation feasibility * Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or similar software * Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop cost\-effective and efficient designs * Perform shading analysis and optimise system performance * Create and update technical documentation, including installation plans, electrical diagrams, and material lists * Support electrical design reviews, grid connection requirements, and compliance with technical standards * Stay informed of industry developments and best practices to support continuous improvement **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary and benefits package according to experience. * Opportunity to work in the fast\-growing renewable energy sector * Multicultural and international working environment * Health Insurance * Professional development and growth opportunities within the company * Collaborative and supportive work environment Job Type: Full\-time Language: * Inglês (Required)
