We are seeking personnel for the position of Administrative Assistant at an industrial distribution company with its workplace located in Lugo. Main responsibilities include monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, preparing and managing delivery notes, and invoicing, as well as other daily tasks. A full-time contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week scheduled from Monday to Saturday. Working hours follow a split shift between 09:00 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * We seek an organized and methodical individual. * A valid forklift operator's license is highly desirable. * Living near the workplace is considered advantageous. * GM/GS in Administration and Finance.
