We need to hire a person to perform the functions of a laser cutting specialist. This person will be responsible for programming the laser machine as well as supervising the cutting process according to established rules and procedures, ensuring the predefined order is maintained. Responsibilities Programming the machine for cutting operations and its parameter configuration. Monitoring and supervision of the cutting process and overall machine operation. Ensuring proper micro-joining to facilitate tasks for the parts separation team. Loading the intelligent warehouse efficiently, promoting reuse of scraps and maximizing sheet utilization. Weekly maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Areas of responsibility Programming, supervision and control of the laser cutting machine operation. Optimization of time, productivity and cutting processes. Proposals for continuous improvement. Planning according to production orders from the technical office. Monitoring and supervision of stock in the intelligent warehouse to properly supply the machine during the production process. Proper functioning and maintenance of the machine. What do we offer? We are seeking a candidate with formal technical education related to programming (numerical control) and/or previous experience in machinery programming tasks. Having a crane operator license and a forklift license will be highly valued. Also, certification in metalworking training (60-hour course) is advantageous.
