From Nascor Formación we are looking for 4 language awareness trainers in Catalan, for the municipalities of Martorell, Molins de Rei, Sant Boi de Llobregat and Sant Feliu de Llobregat. The objective is to train people working in customer service who speak little or no Catalan, so they achieve the minimum oral competence to serve customers in this language. Training sessions will be conducted *in situ* at the establishments. **Minimum requirements:** \- University degree in Education, Catalan Philology, Translation and Interpreting, Humanities or Languages. **\-** Good command of spoken and written Catalan. Minimum C1 level in Catalan or equivalent official certification (accredited). \- Two years of experience teaching Catalan to adults or in linguistic inclusion contexts, and experience in sociolinguistic facilitation. **Desirable:** \- Ability to work with multicultural audiences and individuals with low linguistic proficiency. \- Experience in short *in situ* training and use of microlearning strategies.
