**Accounting Assistant (Temporary Contract)** **Workplace:** Suria **Job Description** Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and technical support to the accounting team, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, efficient management of accounts payable, and compliance with current accounting regulations, using SAP as the primary tool. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Record invoices and accounting documents in SAP. * Manage and track supplier payments. * Assist in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Reconcile accounts and resolve payment-related issues. * Prepare and submit tax filings (VAT, IRPF, etc.). * Support the preparation of documentation required by official bodies. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct expense allocation. * Ensure compliance with environmental best practices and ICL's code of ethics. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or similar. At least 2 years of prior experience in financial administration and accounts payable. Up-to-date knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. Proficiency in SAP (FI module) and office software (especially Excel). Intermediate level of English.
