To further drive this growth, we are seeking to hire a **Personnel Selection Technician** who wants to join a solid, human-centered and rapidly expanding project. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our stores and offices, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and internal managers. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of our teams and on the brand’s evolution. **️** **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of recruitment processes (posting, screening, interviews, feedback, closing). * Direct collaboration with managers to define candidate profiles and hiring needs. * Telephone, in-person and video interviews. * Coordination of group dynamics and assessment centers when required. * Management and updating of the candidate database. * Proposal of improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience. * Monitoring of recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, ratios, hiring quality). **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, People Management or related field. * Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or high-volume environments. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Strong communication skills, active listening and a personable approach. * Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Preferred: Portuguese language skills and/or experience in multinational environments. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle **What We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic, collaborative and people-oriented team. * Real growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Continuous training and support from day one. * Exclusive discounts on hôma products, effective after completion of the probationary period. * Indefinite-term contract with a 6-month probationary period and a competitive compensation package aligned with experience. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 * Location of headquarters: Islazul Shopping Centre (Madrid) * Hôma Benefits
