YOUR ROLE We are looking for Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for: * Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with strong focus on SAP SF Employee Central; * Collaborate with business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems; * Resolve functional problems, escalate and track problems appropriately; * Manage system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies; * Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes; * Participate in the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization; * Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes. YOUR PROFILE* Degree in Computer Science or similar; * \+3 Years' of Experience in implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module; * At least 2 SAP SF EC implementations; * Experience in Time off and/ or Time\-sheet is a plus; * SAP SF Employee Central Certification; * Knowledge in Payroll (PY) will be a plus; * Nice to have: Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA); * Fluency in English (written and oral). At Gestió de Projectes Vallbona, SL (Gedpro SL), we are a consulting firm with over 30 years of experience in managing investment projects, R\+D, energy efficiency and sustainability. We work with companies across various sectors and sizes at national and international levels. The Energy and Environment team currently consists of six professionals specialized in sectors such as industry, energy, waste management and the environment. Due to our team expansion, we are seeking a junior technician eager to learn and grow professionally to join our department and participate in the full management of projects related to the agri-food industry, energy efficiency and sustainability. The candidate will be responsible for: \- Full management of projects and public funding in the industrial, energy and environmental fields. \- Technical and economic advisory services to client companies. \- Drafting technical reports and administrative documentation required for application, monitoring and justification of grants. \- Defining investment strategies and performing technical and economic calculations. \- Monitoring calls for applications, funding lines and regulatory changes. \- Coordinating with regional, national and European agencies and administrations. Tasks and responsibilities of the employee: \- Comprehensive management of fundable projects related to industrial investments, energy efficiency, sustainability and the environment: from opportunity identification to final justification. \- Drafting technical reports and preparing the necessary administrative documentation for submitting grant applications to regional, national or European authorities. \- Performing technical and economic calculations related to project feasibility (energy consumption, efficiency, savings, return on investment, etc.). \- Monitoring calls for proposals, funding programs and applicable regulations in the fields of energy, environment, circular economy and industry. \- Acting as liaison with clients, partner organizations and public agencies to ensure proper project management and smooth communication throughout the process. \- Supporting the department’s technical team and actively participating in continuous improvement of internal processes and knowledge transfer within the company. \- Organizing and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of assigned projects. * Experience: 1 year. Experience may have been gained in consulting firms, engineering companies, industrial companies or public agencies.
