We create unique and meaningful experiences so that learning is as natural as it is exciting. **The role's mission:** Design and ensure scalable, high-quality data solutions, taking ownership of both the functional vision (understanding data and business) and the technical aspects (architecture, best practices, and standards). You will be key in offloading operational tasks from the Head to enable their strategic focus. **What you'll do:** * Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, dashboards, and workflows. * Define architecture standards and best practices on Azure (Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI). * Coordinate end\-to\-end deliveries with internal teams and vendors, ensuring quality, security, and cost efficiency. * Implement data quality controls, lineage tracking, and data governance. * Automate processes and drive continuous improvement. * Act as a technical\-functional reference, providing advanced support and training key users. ‍ **Your profile:** * \+6 years in data engineering / BI / analytics, with at least 2 years leading end\-to\-end deliveries. * Experience in projects using Azure and Power BI. * Strong knowledge of SQL, Python/Scala, analytical modeling, and cloud-based CI/CD. * Data storytelling skills, vendor management experience, and agile mindset. * Native Spanish and C1 English (Catalan is a plus).
