




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a retail business, responsible for invoicing, document management, system monitoring, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday in the morning shift 2. Prior experience in logistics or automotive industry is desirable 3. Knowledge of Portuguese, Italian and/or German is desirable We need a person to perform administrative tasks in a retail company located in Aldeamayor de San Martín. Key responsibilities include collecting and entering invoices, managing documentation such as reports and purchase orders, monitoring these documents in the ERP system and on the company website, as well as handling customer inquiries and other duties typical of this position. Working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday in the morning shift, with scheduled breaks. * Prior experience in logistics or automotive companies is desirable. * We seek a responsible, committed individual with strong attention to detail. * Living near the workplace is desirable. Knowledge of Portuguese, Italian and/or German is desirable. * Degree in Business Administration or related field.
