We are looking for a Communal Cook to join our center at Residencia Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Valladolid. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement. * Temporary contract for vacation coverage. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Opportunity to join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
