Moreover, we consistently prioritize transparency and clarity. **We operate in Spain, Mexico, and Peru.** At Kairós, you’ll find projects enabling remote work — without losing closeness with the rest of the team! **What Are We Looking For?** At **Kairós**, we’re looking for professionals with experience as a **Tech Lead**, specializing in **payment methods**, with extensive hands-on expertise — technically managing settlements and reconciliations from a Payment Service Provider (PSP) to merchants in the Spanish market, and possessing deep knowledge of interactions with RedSys and communication with acquirers. Additionally, this person will serve as the reference point for a **development team**, responsible for implementing management aligned with client-defined requirements. The candidate will join our Tech discipline, led by **Carlos Cañado and Reinaldo Aguilera.** More than **350 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** belong to the Tech family at Kairós, delivering technological solutions across all project phases — from inception and product definition — working with various frameworks and ensuring solutions that are not only effective but also easy to use, maintain, and adapt to the current technological landscape. **Requirements** * Management of self-organized teams (agile framework). * Ability to identify project requirements and scope, and to estimate them accordingly. * Capacity for self-organization and task prioritization. * Risk identification and mitigation. * Performance evaluation tracking for team members. * Strong, clear, and effective communication skills. * Prior collaboration on digital payment systems or payment gateways. * Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience. * Knowledge of REST architectures and cloud-based microservices. * Basic AWS knowledge. * Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Core, MVC, Security, Spring JPA Hibernate, JPA, Log4j/SLF4J. * Development of microservices using Java technology and multi-layer enterprise applications. * Basic CI/CD knowledge using Jenkins. * KPI management. Tools: JIRA. * Understanding of payment platforms and payment methods. * Knowledge of the acquirer flow.
