As a **kitchen assistant**, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of collective catering, applying culinary knowledge and assisting in food preparation and production. You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a pleasant and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities include: * Preparing ingredients (tasks such as chopping, peeling, mixing, etc.). * Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and work area. * Organizing kitchen supplies and utensils. * Assisting in cooking dishes under the supervision of the Chef. * Properly documenting and managing food inventories. * Adhering to food safety and sanitary regulations. **We Offer:** * 20-hour weekly schedule. * Fixed schedule from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. * Permanent discontinuous contract. * Immediate incorporation.
