If you are looking for a stable project with a variety of responsibilities and direct contact with suppliers… this could be your opportunity! **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Negotiating prices with suppliers to optimize the quality–cost ratio. * Actively identifying new suppliers meeting quality, cost, and service standards. * Contacting and establishing strategic relationships with new suppliers to diversify the supplier base. * Requesting quotations and performing comparative analyses to secure optimal terms. * Visiting suppliers to assess facilities, processes, and production capabilities. * Supporting the Quality Department during visits to verify compliance with internal standards. * Reviewing and drafting contracts, as well as managing breaches and penalties. * Tracking and closing **Non-Conformities (NC)** generated by suppliers. * Monitoring service failures reported by the Production Department. * Reminding and managing **critical references** with suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality requirements. * Launching material manufacturing involving artwork, following coordination with Planning, Marketing, and Procurement. * Managing urgent situations and supply shortages to minimize impact on production. * Qualifying new suppliers according to internal criteria. * Contracting and managing multi-service companies: cleaning, water, security. * Purchasing workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Holding periodic follow-up meetings with suppliers to evaluate performance and resolve incidents. * Monitoring orders outside the **lead time** and implementing necessary corrective actions. * Urgently transporting materials required by production, using company or private vehicles when necessary. * Conducting market analysis to identify trends, supply risks, and opportunities for improvement across the value chain. * Supporting the Marketing Department in artwork qualification to ensure brand consistency. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in procurement, supply management, or supplier management. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and incident-resolution skills. * Availability to undertake **frequent travel** for supplier management and evaluation. * Organized, proactive profile with ability to work under pressure in a high-demand environment. * Proficiency in documentation handling, contract drafting, and administrative follow-up. * Industrial or production environment experience is desirable. * Knowledge of quality processes and supplier qualification procedures is desirable. **What does the company offer?** * Stable full-time employment contract. * Salary range: **30\.000 € – 45\.000 €**, depending on candidate’s experience and merit. * Working hours Monday to Thursday, start time between **08:00 and 09:30**, working 8 hours daily. * Friday with **intensive shift** from 08:00 to 15:00\. * Cross-functional role with direct impact on Procurement, Production, Quality, and Marketing. * Stable, growing project offering high responsibility and internal visibility.
