Main responsibilities will include managing insurance matters and medical appointments, making outbound calls, and drafting reports. The role will also involve telephone support and other routine administrative tasks associated with the position. The contract will be temporary and full-time, with a weekly workload of 25 hours. Working hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday, in morning shifts, generally between 09:00 and 14:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. GM/GS qualification in administration or related field is desirable.
