Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage repair and general overhaul projects. 2. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. 3. Operate in an international environment with autonomy in decision-making. The role involves managing repair and general overhaul projects in Trápaga. It aims to meet quality, cost, schedule, and performance objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal results. Responsibilities include planning and executing each initiative from initiation to closure, defining strategy and project management plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and controlling timelines, costs, quality, and resources. Compliance with safety, quality, and railway regulations is also essential. Additionally, the role handles relationships with customers and other external parties, supervises contracts and variations, and identifies opportunities for improvement and additional business. The working environment is international and multidisciplinary, with autonomy to make decisions regarding assigned projects. A degree in Engineering or a technical field is required. Experience in Repair \& Overhaul or similar industrial environments is preferred. A high level of English proficiency and project management knowledge are mandatory. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and possesses leadership capabilities. Proactivity, communication skills, and collaborative ability are highly valued.
